"Create"...Apple Goodness!

This is SO Easy...and SO Yummy.  If your apples are sweet you can cut down the sugar.  Beware, this is hard to stop eating.


Slow Cooked Cinnamon Applesauce

3 1/2 lb granny smith apples, peeled, cored, & sliced

1/3 c. brown sugar

1 1/2 tbs lemon juice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Put in 3 1/2 qt. cooker, tossing together. Cover and cook on High 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. until tender. Mash w/ potato masher.
