"Create" ... Olive Garden Pasta Fagioli Soup (Crock Pot)

Okay . . . maybe my life is a little too busy for a daily post, but I'll just do what I can.  Today was too busy for crafting, :( and a great day for a throw in the crockpot kind of soup day.  I served this with cornbread and deviled eggs (I love Easter). 

Olive Garden Pasta Fagioli Soup (Crock Pot)
Makes 8-10 servings


1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
2 chopped carrots
2 stalk chopped celery
2 15-oz can diced tomatoes
1 15.5-oz can pinto beans
1 14.5-oz can beef broth
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp parsley
Tabasco
26-oz jar spaghetti sauce
4 small cans v-8
2 c. water
8 oz pasta

Brown meat in skillet. Add with all ingred. except pasta. Cook low 7-8 hrs., HI 4-5 hours. Cook pasta on stove and add at the end. This needs to be made in a 6-qt crock pot.
