"Create" . . . Homemade Bread w/ Bread Tag

I have some neighbors that need a little extra attention, so I made a little bread tag to go with it.

Whole Wheat Bread
2 1/2 c. warm water
1/8 c. evoo
1 1/2 tbs dough enhancer
1/4 c. wheat gluten
1/8 c. honey
1 tbs yeast
3 c. whole wheat flour (grind 4 c. wheat )

3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tbs salt

Mix water, oil, dough enhancer, gluten, honey, yeast, and 3 cups flour in Bosch for 1 minute on speed 1. While mixer is still running, add salt and remaining flour gradually until dough is tacky to the touch, but not sticky (turning off mixer before touching dough). Turn Bosch up to speed 2 and continue to knead for an additional 8 minutes. Shape into loaves, put into greased pans and let raise until double. Bake 30 minutes at 350°, or until internal loaf temperature is at least 190°. Makes 2 large loaves.
